Asked for Female, 33 Years

Radioiodine taken in 2016 for hyperthyroidism. Yesterday tsh test count is 11 which I guess is high and is hypothyroidism now. Can I take covidshield in this condition? And do I change my daily dose which I take thyronorm 88mg?
