Hi am Female of 36 yrs, unmarried, have hypothyroidism since 2007. Recently checked my
tsh levels, report says my tsh to be 15., where the highest range is 5.5. Kindly suggest me the tablet strength I should take, foods to be followed . now am using thyronorm 50mg. I should go for 75 mg or 100 mg kindly suggest me. Am regularly doing my workouts and maintaining my fitness, but I get tired easily n exhausted. Also am suffering from irregular periods., due to hypothyroidism.
