Hypoglycemia symptoms, normal sugar lvl?
All of a sudden, i feel very hypoglycemic. i'm shaky, dizzy, nauseous, trembly, feel like i'm going to fall over every time i stand up, etc. my dad is a diabetic and diabetes is very common in both sides of my family, so i checked my blood sugar since he has a testing meter, and it said 103. that doesn't seem low enough to be hypoglycemia, is there anything else this could be? or is 103 actually low and i was just poorly informed?
