Hypoechoic area in breast

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Recent scan report says that irregular hypoechoic area in righyt breast with dilated ducts within,bilateral fibrocystic change,and focal thickened ducts in right breast.last year i got mammography,it said that ducts inside. do i need to go for mammogram?.Does it cause any radiation or side effects.which test is the best test for early detecting breast cancer.And my family history dont have such type of diseases.I get my menstrual periods regularly.But right away i dont have any physical pain.
