Hello, I heard that uric acid is the end product of protein digestion. My query is why did my doctor advise me to avoid tomato and green veggies to reduce the uric acid level? As far as I know tomato and green veggies don't contain any substantial protein content.

Hi, thanks for trusting ayurveda, have faith on ur dr. Plz share with ur dr about d Q. Bye d way its about whole metabolism altogether. So avoid travel n sleep soon after food, non-veg, alcohol.. this is also non protine metabolism but u easily trust!! Why?...
