Two weeks ago My blood pressure before taking medication was 155/90, after taking high blood pressure medication now blood pressure was below 120/80. Do I have to take high blood pressure medication or stop taking high blood pressure medication? thank you

If you have already stopped taking medicines for BP then check ur BP on daily basis twice / day.  make a chart Of ten days. then accordingly u may take medicines if needed. After making chart consult me online. take care.

avoid stress. take rest. have less salt intake. morning walk will be beneficial. drink more n more water.
