UB- NORMAL in position. No calculus see. UTERUS- normal in size nd ECHO pattrn. No fibroid. Endometrium- 5.6mm. Ovaries-bulky multple folliceles. No free fluid in POD. No dilated bowl loops. No abnrml adenexal. Thyroid: 2.1846.

hello there.
the characteristic feature of PCOD on USG is bulky ovary with multiple peripherally located follicles. there fore it could be PCOD. have you experienced weight gain?
suggest you to visit a gynaecologist.
