Hungry if not irritation

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am having a like, if i wont eat in time i get irritation and starts hands shivering, eyes blurring. If i get hungry i have to eat something other wise starts headache and irritation. I tested bp , sugar, lipid profile , blood test everything is normal. I have gastric problem, is this relate that.

Hello...... It's seen in some people with gastritis... It decreases digestive power of stomach.. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk
