How to stop bleeding after an iud insert

I had a copper iud inserted on 22nd June Friday from day 1 there is light bleeding but there is no pain.. my periods stopped on 19th June Tuesday.. what should I do to stop bleeding.. please help..

please visit gynaecologist. examination is needed to see if the IUD is in place? need to find the cause of bleeding.
