How to confirm TB again?

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had undergone of bone TB treatment. after taking approximately 1 year medicine. my blood reports are found ok & my doctor recommend me to an orthodontist but due to some circumstances I failed to do so & stopped my medicine myself..now I am worried about that will I again suffer the same problem? Please help me that how can I confirm that should I continue with medicine again or I have to undergo another tests? Please help me.
