How long to cure this?

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have developed this greyish scaly rash on my vulva. Am using candid-b ointment on this daily since a week but only 20% reduction. How much time will this generally take to become fully clean? What can I do to improve or fasten my recovery because its very itchy and irritating.
