Asked for Male, 28 Years

Two things as below i have observed on my body. After earlier mentioned story(protected sex, hiv status unknow, 2 test after 5 months, both -ve) 1. On my neck there is slight swollen lymb node. 2. There are few red dots on my underarm(non-itchy). 3. On one hand there is again red dot sonce last 3 week(non-itchy) & dont know if its curring or not.
