Well if the tsh levels are high it means that you are suffering from hypothyroidism and you need to evaluated further and started medications for it...I would suggest you to consult a physician once...Thank you

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
This means you are having hypothyroidism.
Hypothyroidism means your thyroid gland is not able to produce enough amounts of thyroid hormones as required.
The treatment is by supplementation of thyroid hormones.
Which you might not consider "natural ways".
So good luck finding.
