Homocysteine at 22.87 without folate supplements. Normal b12 at 377..please provide reason for this and what other tests are to be done to figure out the underlying cause and precaution.. Prevention in future

Hello there, There is no treatment for elevated homocysteine apart from efforts to lower your levels by increasing your intake of B vitamins through the eating of more green leafy vegetables, fruits and more grain-based foods fortified with folic acid. ..
