High Fever and cough

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Yesterday I ate outside and after that in the night ,I could not sleep because of too many mosquitoes in the house . So, midnight I switched on the fan on full to sleep BT felt cold later. My fever is increasing since morning inspite of taking paracetamol in the morning.fever dipped and came back again.
