Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .yes I'm sure you know that there is excess fat under there.
You are fat and for that you have to workout.
Workout on your abdominal muscles.
Go hit the gym. .your tummy will be flat. .
No medicines can help you in this. . strict diet and workout only.
