I just want to know this, having sex or oral sex with partner who is facing from hepititis B and piliya without safety is safe or not. ( Even i already completed vacination course of Hepititis B).

It is not safe, please check your HBsAb titres, the risk is low if you have good titres (effectiveness of vaccination)
