  3. Hemorrhoids/Polyps. Treatment for that?

My mother aged 48 is diagnosed with "Polypoidal lesion in the duodenum malignancy" in one report, " Colonoscopy study normal hemorrhoids" in one report and a small antral polyp in one report. At least this is my understanding. she has been given medicines for 3 years but there is no use. we are not sure what to do. Is there any treatment for that?
