I am taking paracetamol daily around 4-5 for several months is it going to harm me.
I am not able sleep so i found that taking paracetamol makes me fall asleep.
Please tell me i continue this for year is it going to harm

Yes it is very harmful for your liver. Stop immediately. To treat paracetamol poisoning Tab Mucinac 600 mg can be used.
