Helical rim reshaping >ear - cosmetology

Hello I am looking for assistance on helical rim reshaping. I dunno for how many years but since school days I have been very low on esteem due to my ears. I am looking for a doctor at Chennai who can help me improve the aesthetics of my ears. I do not have high expectations but I definitely want to improve on the appearance of my ears as they are protruding. What I am bothered is that the helical rim has excessively grown on both my ears that tends to interfere with my appearance. Can I get help in correcting this condition of mine as I feel with improving the appearance of my ears even my mind will heal. Looking for your advise!
