Hello, I am 17 and will be 18 in June 27. I am on deiting. I want to increase my height as well. I was taking ashvagandha and Amla for that purpose. Can you please tell me when is the best time to take the two separately?

You can't increase your height by taking ashwagandha or amla. It's total waste if you are taking it for growing your height. Please stop it unless you want it for general wellness
