What is the best time to take overall g for heavy bleeding to stop? Please suggest me when can periods become regular as I have pcod

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For very heavy bleeding if it's become a normal thing these days, instead of taking medicines on your own, I would suggest you get it checked out by a gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
