Heavy bleeding after abortion
My friend has undergone surgical abortion ,she is still bleeding after a week of abortion and pain and cramps are also bit severe

I can understand your concern.
That's normal to bleed for upto 10 days.
Pain will also be there.
She could take a pain killer if it's very severe.
Get it checked out by the treating gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
