Heaviness in abdomen
I feel heaviness in my right side abdomen all time...I did endoscopy n colonoscopy abdomen usg..problem in endoscopy is gerd n in colonoscopy small ulcer is to be found..usg abdomen is normal...so I want to ask why I feel heaviness in my abdomen (right lower side abdoman) ..plz help me..n my digestion system is not good n sometime is good..sometime having semi solid motion n in samall pices...wht problem is associated wid heaviness...I dont have bad habits like smoking and drink..thx

Hello.well try change in food habits...you need to have food on time and home cooked food.. try eating more of roughage and drink water also adequately...that heaviness will be there when you don't pass motions regularly...try this...thank you

may be intestinal parasite diseases like amoebiasis ectc.please consult internal medicine /medical or surgical gastroenterologist.for further evaluation.

for gerd use pantoprazole 20mg once daily in the morning with empty stomach atleast 1 hour before food.avoid junk food, aerated drinks .have diet at regular intervals every day .head end elevation of 10-20cm during sleep.sleepat least 2 hours after sleep intake.have proper hand wash .use boiled or purified drinking water .have a hygein toilet.
