I have I serious problem about my hears. I am 25 years boy and I am in my post graduation program. My hears are turning to Grey (white) now the problem is worse as it affects by beard as well beard near my Chen grows Grey heare. I very much frustrated with this problem. Accurately I was masterbuting a lot almost every day. Now I have controlled it to just once two weeks. I was thinking this was because of this. I also haven't much psyches (physically not too fat I am thin not too much but a little bit) Plsese sir help me out. Prescribe me some medicins.

Premature greying of hairs may be genetic, hormonal, due to the pollution or the the water you are using...I would suggest you to meet a dermatologist and take opinion about it...Have more of green leafy vegetables..Thank you
