I just encountered sudden heat in my body along with numbness and severe in my right hand which was followed by back pain?
How should i go about it??
Is there anything serious to worry about?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Is the pain still there?
Tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 16 weeks.
Have a high protein diet.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
