I have habit of drinking 3-4 cups of tea daily. Lately I observed that, if am not having tea I get headache. If not having tea, by evening I get headache and it becomes sever by night. Am I addicted to tea or is it a side effect of getting addicted to tea?

Yes your headache is due to tea addiction. Tea contains caffeine and your body has got used to getting caffeine and when you don't drink tea caffeine withdrawal occurs and you get headache. The best remedy for this is to drink tea immediately and slowly the headache will reduce in intensity .
