Even though your total cholesterol levels are ok, HDL aka good cholesterol levels are on the lower side. The ultrasound report shows minimal liver changes as indicated by blood reports of sgot and sgpt(minimal elevation). While these levels are not indicative of anything serious, minimal fatty liver changes seem to be there and some liver parenchymal involvement could be present. You would get a better clarity if you visit a general physician in person or a gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
If at all you consume alcohol, I would advice you to stop, as alcoholic liver disease is one of the most important cause of such fatty changes in the liver.
