Headache and Light headedness

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I just got prescribed Apo- Minocycline yesterday for acne. 50mg cap once a day. I took it yesterday for the first time at around 7pm and about 24 hours later now I have a headache and lightheadedness. I also take birthcontrol and took a probiotic this morning because my doctor recommended me to. Am I able to take a tylenol with this medication?
