Good Day!
I am 29 years old and married person. My problem is I got lots of stress sometimes..
Sometimes I feel headache very bad. I can't control my stress. So I used to think continuously at night so I can't sleep whole night & early morning I felt headache.
Please advise what should I do

you need counselling sessions at a psychiatrist. that will really help you.
you should also try meditation and yoga they will bring the stress down
