Headace problem
I have headace isseu last 2 year..its start from eye then half head.pain is movable..i am taking badam pak from 3 months and i got releif but now days again start pain..any permanent solution for this

first try to ,excessive noise, stress ,try to have sound sleep.do regular exercises ,paricipate in recreational acivities.check your eye sight .If the headache still continues ,continue the above said things and take paracetamol 500mg bd or ibuprofen 200mg bdfor 5 days .in-spite of these if headache not relieved you need higher level drugs and some investigations which will be given by a family /general physician

Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga..... Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well..... Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. .....
