This is Amrutha actually am feeling so much weak and my whole head is lagging me like a big Stone feeling like some thing is hitting , and so far am totally loosing to work actively just don't know , can't able to do anything feeling like exhausted. As per your symptoms it looks like thyroid disorder, we should rule it out first. Also, differential diagnosis may be migraine, Anaemia.
