Having a stroke
I kind of think i am about to have a stroke, my tongue is sticking to roof of tough and my left hand and leg is numb and tingling I overthink a lot and keep on thinking about all this Please suggest if I am about to have a stroke or what

As u properly diagnosed that you overthink. That may be the correct scenario. Tongue sticking to roof is not a stroke symptoms. Stroke symptoms are slurred speech, facial deviation,  one sided body and limb weakness. Ask your family members to watch over you. If any thing happens like stroke symptoms Attend nearby hospital immediately.
