Hard to gain weight
I'm 5.5 and barely 50 kilos. Have had digestion problems off late and I'm mostly vegetarian with rice being my primary food source most days. Is there a way I can gain weight with some meat in my diet, any suggestions for 5-10 kilos adds are appreciated, thanks..

Hello, I can understand your problem. have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite so that you can have more , rice mainly contain carbohydrates which gives you calories , but you need protein so have chapatis in morning with pulses , one egg daily , meat and fish once in week . Make a habbit to have curd , buttermilk with meals. Good 7-8 hour sleep is very important for weight gain .
