Hands and shivering
Sir i have the problem of hands shiviring....now my age is 24....my dad also have rhis problm....when i got angry,emotion,weaken and afrid also i got this problem......because of the i am not able to speak freely .......kindly help me to what i have to do.

I understand your concern and anxiety... possible causes may be underlying anxiety disorder, thyroid disorders,sleep disorders,intentional tremors,certain medications ,cerebellar disorders etc...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..consult nearest neurologist for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
