Hand shake problem

Asked for Male, 21 Years

It has been 1 month my hands shake slowly slowly. When this prb started then hands shaked for few days then stopped but again started shaking very much..i can bearly transfer the tea into cup from the bowl while using mesh...cant even properly hold the mobile fro clicking pictures . And also please suggest to which doctor i should consult ...neuro or other plz tell sir I m very upset.
