Hairloss,dandruff,
I'm having hair loss , and dandruff which is itching a lot. I'm loosing around 10 hairs everyday. Going to shave my hair Is that a good idea? Please help me.

hello get hair examination done by hair analysists get free testosterone levels done ,note if there is a history of male pattern hair loss in family/hereditary then consult a dermatologist and decide bye

Hello. You are having severe fungal infection of your scalp. Stop Sebowash shampoo, continue Cilcopirox. Take tablet FUNGICIDE 200mg once daily after lunch for 10 days and DANCLEAR shampoo twice daily for 5 days, then once daily for 10days. Do not shave your head as it may increase the problem. Follow up with me as necessary.
