Hair loss, cold, dizzy

Asked for Female, 50 Years

On 100 mcg levothyroxine for hypothyroidism for years. Just started losing weight, hair and being cold a lot. Tests came back tsh 0.13 and Free T 4 - 1.4. Lowered Levothyroxine to 88. I just feel crappy. Dizzy, feel like sugar is bottoming out, buts it not
