I've a problem of hair growth. I'm suffering from the problem Of dandruff which causes hair fall and stops the growth of my hair.

I can understand your concern.
Without seeing there is nothing much we can do apart from advise of a good diet and shampooing and conditioning of your hair.
Therefore consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
