Sir I have a hairfall problem...it occurs hair thining and dandruff also increased....since 2 months....sir pkease suggest what can I do to prevent hairfall, dandruff, itching, dense hair grow. .....and also please provide which shampoo is better fir hair...sir please suggest working remedies. ...

hello der hair fall may be due to excess stresa improper diet hormonal imbalnce and fungal infections
so avoid all risk factors have healthy diet with furits and green leafy veg
anti fungal shampoo and minoxidil hair oil will prevent hair fall and promote hair growth consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
