hiii.. its a pretty normal phenomenon of boil appearing aftr hair being pulled frm skin...so do not wrry sir...jus maintain hygiene...in few days itl heal off...if its painful den u can tk an opinion frm a dermatologist..

Hi, wash with soap water maintain personal hygiene, and do not apply any antiseptic liquids like dettol etc..., as the skin over scrotum is very sensitive. Kindly consult ur Dermatologist...
