Haemorrhoids And Nicotex - So Sometimes I Eat Nicotex To Avoid

Haemorrhoids and nicotex

So sometimes I eat nicotex to avoid smoking when I'm stressed. I've noticed that I get haemorrhoids when I eat them...it goes away if is stop eating nicotex. Even one nicotex gum of 4 mg can cause haemorrhoids. I'm not sure what is the correlation. There's no other change...I've tried keeping everything else constant just eating nicotex is the problem.
