Grugling sound
Hi doctor,
I am often facing this problem. Throughout the day i am hearing some sound inside my stomach. I am feeling embarrassed. Please help me on this

Hello.well sometimes this gurgling is there when you are hungry..do you need to have food on time...and make sure that you drink water well...apart from that it also happens when the Motility is increased..as in case if fomach upset or diarrhea too..consult a physician..thank you

If you have no problems like vomiting, diarrhea, pain and fever ð¤ then just stop aerated drinks. Avoid spicy food, do some regular exercise ð½ in the evening. Avoid late night ð good .i inspite of these if still the problem persists visit general surgeon.
