I have been working out hard specially running on treadmill. Last 1 month I am facing inflammatory pain internally in the groin specially while walking or running. What can the problem be?

Pain in the groin after intense workout can be due to muscle spasm/ strain, esp. of adductor group of muscles. Do you do proper warmup and stretching before your workout, and cooldown and stretching after ? You may need to take rest for 3 weeks before you attempt to hit the gym again. If it does not resolve, you may consult an Orthopaedic surgeon to rule out other causes like Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI), Stress fracture, etc.
