Grey spec in phlegm
I had cold 2 weeks back and have recovered fully from it.since last 3 days whenever I am coughing hard,mucus with grey spots is coming out.I don't smoke at all.Also I had slight chest pain in upper right chest but the pain is felt only while hard coughing or arching my body during exercises.

Hi. I understand your concerns. it's juz a post infection cough so try some steam inhalation. You will benefit from it. Hope your questions were answered. Thanks.
