Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
High uric acid causes pain in the joints and also the uric acid crystals can form in the joints called tophi.
The treatment is controlling the uric acid levels by diet and medicines.
You should avoid non vegetarian diet altogether and also low protein diet in vegetarian diet.
Pain killer such as aceclofenac and paracetamol combination twice or thrice a day for symptomatic management.
Consult a orthopedician for further help.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
