We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. One of my brothers, one of my sisters and I have Spinocerebellar Ataxia. Age of onset was approximately 55 Yrs. My brother tested for SCA 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 17, DRPLA. All negative. How should we proceed further. Should we get Gene silencing or RNAI therapy? If yes, where are they available?
