I take the elevator to move from ground floor to seventh floor and back at my office. Once I get out of the elevator, I feel very giddy and the effects last really long.. I'm not sure if it's because of the elevator or something else.

Hi Most people get a kind of mild giddiness or disorientation when climbing up or down the elevator, especially for many floors. You can feel similar sensation of you get up suddenly from sitting position. That's because of the change in blood pressure inside our head due to gravity as well as the balancing mechanism in our ears. But it's a momentarily occurring phenomena. If it lasts longer, it may indicate some problem in the person. Check for your Blood pressure, haemoglobin & glucose levels Eat healthy Intake of fluids will help
