Gastrouble and chest pain

Asked for Female, 49 Years

My mother is a handicapped (left leg) and before 3 years her leg was broken ( right leg).After taking treatment in a general hospital she became well but from that moment her weight was going on increasing. And daily even now she is suffering from chest pain and gas trouble. If she sleep without food at night then she is normal but when she takes even a small amount of food at night again chest pain is starting. If in middle of midnights she will get chest pain and gas trouble, she will drink eno and will sleep. According to me taking eno daily is also a trouble. Please help me with a nice suggestion.

It is difficult to advise without examining her. You can try giving antacids in the night and see. If there is no relief then consult a doctor.
