I have gastro intestinal problem.While defecating blood with stools and constipation. No stomach pain .

Hi I went through your question...bleeding can be due to fissures secondary to constipation...add dietary fibers like green leafy vegetables,carrots etc...you can take purgatives to reduce constipation...once your constipation solved your fissures will heal...if bleeding is profuse or problem persists long consult surgeon they will examine you and guide you further
